Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 7, 2026

This policy explains how MillenieRDS ("we", "us") handles information when you play Sprint Rush. Career progress is stored on your device. Online multiplayer and advertising features use limited data as described below.

1. Scope and controller

This policy applies to the Sprint Rush mobile game for iOS and Android and its related online services. MillenieRDS is responsible for the game data described in this policy. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to millenierds@gmail.com.

2. Information we handle

  • Game progress stored locally: coins, upgrades, unlocked and selected stages, race results, best times, advertising frequency counters, audio and vibration preferences.
  • Online profile and multiplayer: a driver name you choose, a random installation identifier generated by the game, authentication session information, lobby membership, room invitations and last-activity timestamps. The installation identifier is hashed before being stored by our server.
  • Technical information: our hosting infrastructure may process IP address, request time, device/network information and security or diagnostic logs when you use online features.
  • Advertising information: Google Mobile Ads may process IP address (including for approximate location), device or advertising identifiers where available and permitted, ads viewed, ad interactions, product interactions, diagnostics, crash logs and performance information.

We do not ask for your legal name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health information or payment-card details to play Sprint Rush.

3. How we use information

  • save your career, settings, upgrades and records on your device;
  • create and protect your online driver profile;
  • provide public/private rooms, invitations and multiplayer features;
  • serve, limit and measure interstitial and rewarded advertisements;
  • prevent abuse, diagnose failures, maintain security and improve performance;
  • comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Advertising, consent and your choices

Sprint Rush uses Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Where required, a consent message is shown before advertising data is used. Your choice may affect whether ads are personalized, non-personalized or limited. An advertisement may be unavailable even when you choose to watch one.

You can review or withdraw eligible advertising consent at any time inside the game by opening Settings → Ad privacy. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. Google explains how it uses information from partner apps at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in the Google Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Depending on local law, personalized advertising may be considered a “sale”, “sharing” or targeted advertising. You can exercise the available opt-out through the privacy controls described above.

5. Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed with providers that support the game, including Google for advertising and consent management and our hosting/infrastructure providers for the multiplayer service. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a corporate reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Legal bases and international transfers

Depending on your location, we process information to perform the service you request, based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the game, with your consent (especially for personalized advertising), and to meet legal obligations. Providers and servers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used by the relevant provider.

7. Retention and deletion

Local career data remains in the app sandbox until you clear app data or uninstall Sprint Rush. App updates are designed to preserve it. Online profile data is retained while needed to operate and protect multiplayer services; inactive lobby rooms and invitations are kept only for operational needs. Security and server logs may be retained for a limited period appropriate to their purpose.

To request deletion of your online profile or other applicable data, email millenierds@gmail.com and include your in-game driver name. We may request additional information to verify that the profile belongs to you.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive your personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and appeal or complain to a data protection authority. Send requests to the contact above. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

9. Children

Sprint Rush is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum digital-consent age in their country where a higher age applies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the authorization required by law. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information may contact us to request its deletion.

10. Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections and hashed server-side identifiers. No system is completely secure. We may update this policy as Sprint Rush evolves or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will always appear on this page.
